HEIRLOOM ANGELS These exquisite angels are lovingly created by Ruth and Barbara in Washington state. Each angel has a name and is dressed in lovely fabrics, laces, trims and ribbons fit for a queen. The first angel we created for our collection is Daniela, the Snow Angel. She is adorned in a white confection of soft flowing lace, sparkling iridescent sequins, pearls and a delicate feather headdress. She holds a white dove gently in her hand, and her sweet porcelain face radiates peace. We are in the process of creating more angels to add to our collection. For details on how to order a custom-made angel, see below. $75 MEMORY LANE BOXES Our whimsical fabric covered boxes are made from scratch (meaning, cardboard and all) and the boxes can be any shape or size. Some are ovals, hearts, shells, leaves, and teapot shapes. Each box is covered in lovely fabric and embellished with ribbons, silk embroidering, antique buttons, and sometimes tiny shells, beads, pearls and charms. Inside, the boxes are lined with a puff of finest silk. A beautiful way to store cherished keepsakes, jewelry, or anything worth saving in a special place! BARBARA'S HANDPAINTED KUGELN | The Kugeln glass Christmas ball originated almost 200 years ago in the Thuringer forest of Germany and was brought to this country by the Pennsylvania Germans. Barbara meticulously paints her ornaments in miniature Bavarian Old World themes: snowy village scenes, Folk Art flowers called "Bauernmalerei", snowflakes, and little birds. For her pressed flowers ornaments, Barbara grows her own flowers and herbs in her gardens. Then on warm summer days, she harvests the plants and carefully presses each one to be used later to create her unique ornaments. Each decorated glass ball is signed and dated, making it a one-of-a-kind collector's item.
